MDM SEPTEMBER: UNSUPPRESSEDNot a normal MDM session.This September, Men Draw Men steps into a subject matter rarely addressed in conventional life drawing: the natural male body beyond the expectation that it should remain neutral.Were offering a unique opportunity to draw the male body in a natural state that is often viewed as inappropriate, avoided or simply ignored in conventional drawing.This is a guided conceptual session exploring male body confidence, vulnerability and acceptance, challenging the idea that an erection or visible arousal somehow makes the male body less appropriate, less acceptable or less worthy of being seen.As part of the evenings drawing programme, male arousal will likely be observed as part of the drawing matter.

Unlike our usual sessions, where arousal might occur but would generally be something the room simply moves past, this session deliberately brings it into the drawing experience.There will be greater genital awareness throughout the session.The aim is to challenge the unrealistic expectations placed on the naked male body and give artists the opportunity to explore the figure without imposing a correct physical state upon it.No hiding.
