Amelia has been dancing from a young age and fell in love with fusion belly dance around 2013 when she found a style that truly fit her body (isolations? like a duck to water ).In this workshop, Amelia will guide you through:
Understanding the muscles behind strong isolations
Practising key isolation movements
Linking them together into a fun fusion comboBy the end of the session, youll have a better understanding of how your body moves and a combo you can take away and keep practising.What to wear:
Comfy clothes you can move in. Bring a scarf or fabric for your hips so you can see the movement clearly (no coin belts please ). Dancing with your belly uncovered is totally optional helpful, but never required.Open, welcoming, and great for anyone curious about fusion belly dance or looking to level up their isolation game.
