Edinburgh’s Hogmanay is one of the most iconic celebrations.

It’s where locals and visitors from all over the world come together to enjoy a whole host of music and cultural festivities.Celebrations kick off on 29 December 2026 with the annual Torchlight Procession, on 30 December, the Night Afore Concert sees Princes Street Gardens ignite for a raucous night of high-energy tunes, then ring in 2027 at the legendary Street Party, returning to light-up Edinburgh’s skies, at one of the world’s greatest New Year celebrations, including the world-famous fireworks beneath the spectacular backdrop of Edinburgh Castle.
