To mark our 20th vintage, we are excited to partner with some of our home county's most celebrated chefs, bringing together exceptional culinary talent to showcase the very best of Kent's seasonal flavours.This December, we’re thrilled to welcome Chef Patron Daniel Smith and the team from Fordwich Arms to the estate for a special festive dining experience.

Taking inspiration from the abundance of the season, Daniel will create a bespoke four-course menu that puts exceptional Kentish ingredients centre stage, with each dish complemented by a carefully chosen selection of Gusbourne wines.
