Preview: The Man In The Cellar is a brand new play by Clive Holland of Mischievous TheatreA man hides in the darkness of a cellar, with only a corpse and his past for company. The world outside is filled with monsters. Inside
the cellar, the monsters are in his head.
They say that the split second before death your life flashes by in front of you his worry, is that he isnt in it just an innocent bystander to his own existence! I was born so there is that!
But did he live?
This solo production, written and performed by Clive Holland, has a caricatured biographical element to it, that plays like a graphic
novel without the graphics! You have to make your own pictures up. It is a disturbing and humorous tale of despair, shame, madness and circus clowns!
As it slithers and slides to a quiet conclusion through the mire of surviving a world that no-one understands, it will entertain, enlighten and probably bewilder.
