Leading Your Church Into Growth

Whether you're rooted in a bustling city church or serving in a quiet rural village, our three-day residential conferences provide a focused, faith-filled environment where ministers and lay leaders come together to learn, reflect, and grow.

Grounded in the 7 Steps of Church Growth, the programme is designed for churches of every size, tradition, and context, with the aim of inspiring and enabling growth at your own pace, in your own way, and with God's help.

Together we'll look at real-life themes like building a culture of prayer, sharing faith with confidence, and helping seekers take their next steps as disciples. The conference is tailored for the United Reformed Church, appreciating the different environments and pressures of the local church.

We share experiences and tips whilst learning together in an interactive, informative way.

Learning alongside others from other churches, but also building plans with people from your own church, you are encouraged to return to your church and involve them in growing! We look at growing not just numerically but spiritually as well, putting in place plans that are sustainable.
