Come and design your own seasonal / christmas card

In this day workshop we will design and make our own relief printed card block using enviromount card as our printing blocks which is easier to cut and make marks on than lino or etching.

Once the block is complete we will mix inks and print multiple christmas /seasonal cards.

We will cover printing using a printing press and printing by hand.

The blocks can be taken home so you can continue printing more cards at home.

This is a fun and playful session to allow people to come and make their own cards.

Participants can stop making and finish printing whenever they feel they have done enough or can stay for the full workshop time.This workshop is led by Sarah Keast.

Sarah is a printmaker who works at Gracefield Arts Centre and has her own studio practice based in Moniaive.

Workshop starts 10.00 am and finishes around 3pm.

All materials will be supplied.

Tea and coffee and lunch is available to buy from the cafe.
