Artisan GalleryIn this exhibition, Martin Pearson attempts to depict the possibility of transformation.

He sees the world and, perhaps more significantly, ourselves as open to change.

Initially, his exploration of this theme resulted in realistic paintings of still life objects together with their abstract equivalents.

Latterly, the liminal spaces in which these objects have been appearing have become more atmospherically lit.

A greater sense of mystery is present.
