Pete Tobias, or, as he is known, Rabbi Pete, is a writer, broadcaster and public speaker who contributed regularly to BBC Radio 2’s Pause for Thought during the Terry Wogan and Chris Evans years.

Now back north of the border, he can be heard occasionally on BBC Radio Scotland.

He is known for combining humour, warmth and sharp observation in short reflections on everyday life.

His talk will draw on his experience of radio broadcasting and the craft of telling a memorable story in just a few minutes.

He will share entertaining reflections on communication, humour and the art of being listened to.

Expect an engaging, good-humoured talk full of stories, insight and a few surprises along the way.
