Join us for a fun and engaging sensory play session, perfect for encouraging creativity and exploration.Children will create their own sensory bottles and sensory bags, using materials such as rice, beads, pom poms, and hair gel. These interactive creations can be used for calming play, creative expression, and even as musical-style instruments.Session Times:

This is an adult-led activity and not a drop-off session.Children must be accompanied by an adult.About CharlotteCharlotte (Lottie) Ralph is an 8-time award-winning artist, illustrator, author, and body artist, specialising in therapeutic art. As a mum of four, she is passionate about using creativity to support others through workshops and art-based therapy.
Her work has been featured in national and international publications, and she designs all of her own books and products with a strong therapeutic focus. Charlotte also uses body painting as a powerful tool for empowerment and self-expression, alongside hosting events and exhibitions.
She is the Co-Founder of the Be Body Confident Campaign and is currently launching her Art Therapy Shed to support children, families, and individuals through creative, nature-based experiences.
