Learn how to create beautiful cyanotype prints inspired by nature, using both fresh plants and dried flowers, all powered by the sun.

Cyanotype is a printing process invented in 1842, that uses sunlight to produce high contrast Prussian blue and white artwork. This is a hands-on low toxicity alternative to photography.

See how the chemical reaction takes place in front of your eyes once the coated paper is exposed to sunlight.Suitable for all abilities.

All materials are provided but personal items to print with are welcome.Spaces are limited, so secure your spot nowbooking is essential via Ticket Source! This event is a collaboration between Crich Crafters and Transition Crich, with funding from Crich Parish Council.

As the event is part-funded by Crich Parish Council, we suggest a voluntary donation of 12 to help cover the session costs and to enable us to hold more creative workshops in the future.
