Sarah Moss - the Winter Guest

The Sunday Times bestselling author of Ripeness, Summerwater and Ghost Wall brings us her propulsive new book.

On Christmas Eve, Janice and Gerry meet for the first time in a hotel on the west coast of Ireland.

They are strangers to one another, but they each have a story to tell, a confession to make.

As a snowstorm rages outside, the night begins to take an unexpected turn, and the strangers' conversation will have consequences far beyond their candlelit table.Talking to Olivia Chapman
