Jazz singer and entertainer Ian Shaw returns to Lauderdale House for his inimitable one-man powerhouse show exploring the joys, tears and sheer horror of the festive season.Join this mischievous artist for a cracker of a show, after yet another right old figgy pud of a year.

Expect seasonal songs and razor-sharp comedy as Ian rounds off this year's Jazz in the House season with his Early Xmas Caper.A staple of the British jazz scene for over three decades, Ian remains the consummate entertainer, whether solo at the piano, with his trio or as a special guest with orchestras.

He can also be heard weekly on the Ronnie Scott's Radio Show on Jazz FM.For this special end-of-season concert, Ian will be joined by old friends Deirdre Cartwright on guitar and Alison Rayner on bass for a couple of special numbers.
