Deep Listening: Glow

A sauna sound bath for deep rest & release.This Flux x YOYO Yard session invites you to experience deep listening through heat, sound and stillness - an immersive sauna journey with ambient soundscapes, field recordings and guided listening.We’ll begin with a guided listening journey, before opening up the space for you to move between the warmth of the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub and calm creative area.

Ambient soundscapes will play throughout the session, creating a continuous environment for rest and reflection.Inside the sauna, we’ll invite silence - with no talking while field recordings of nature play through the space, allowing you to fully drop into the heat, sound and stillness.Herbal teas, water and art materials will be available throughout.

You’re welcome to rest, draw, write or simply listen in your own way.Designed as a deeply relaxing sensory environment, GLOW brings together heat, sound and reflection to create space to slow down, soften and reconnect.Part of Flux’s summer series exploring new deep listening formats across land, water and heat, this is an intimate concept event with very limited capacity.This is an 18+ event.
