Get Set Samba Youth Drumming Taster Session

Join us for a fun and energetic samba drumming session.

This taster session is a chance for young people to try something new, meet other young people, and experience the excitement of making music together.No previous experience is needed and all abilities are welcome.

Come along, have a go, feel the beat, and be part of a high energy workshop as part of 40 Fest Jack Drum Arts 40th birthday celebrations.

If you enjoy the session you will be able to register for our regular term time sessions.Get Set Samba is a lively and inclusive youth drumming group where young people meet weekly to learn and create Brazilian samba rhythms.

Led by experienced facilitators, participants explore a range of percussion instruments and rhythms, building confidence, teamwork, and musical skills along the way as well as perform at loads of high profile public events.Suitable for young people age 8 plusWhen?
