Join us for an evening of music, poetry and international solidarity in Glasgow. We will be raising money for Friends of the Earth International’s rapid-response fund, which gets money directly to environmental defenders facing threats, criminalisation and violence for protecting land, water and territory around the world. We have an amazing lineup of musicians and poets on the night:- Pippa Blundell is fast becoming one of Glasgow’s most captivating new voices, drawing comparisons to This Is the Kit and Jeff Buckley, with lyrics that navigate stillness, observation and life’s chaos.- Sandino e seu Bando is a Brazilian music ensemble led by Sandino on the melodeon, accompanied by rhythmic percussion.

They bring authentic Forró Pé de Serra, traditional northeastern Brazilian music, with a flavour rarely heard in Scotland.

Be ready to dance!- Alycia Pirmohamed is a Canadian-born poet based in Scotland.

She won the Nan Shepherd Prize for her nonfiction debut Shorelines, forthcoming with Canongate in 2026.- Henry Bell is an award winning writer, poet and organiser living in Glasgow.

His work – across poetry, theatre and nonfiction – explores questions of radical memory, community, and the revolutionary transformation of society.Entry to the gig is by donation – reserve your space now!
