Join us for Nature Week this half term where we will be focusing on the role trees play in supporting nature, wildlife and history with events and activities designed to offer an immersive outdoors experience.

A fun, hands-on way for children to learn about the natural environment while enjoying fresh air and creative play, Nature Week is a chance to spend meaningful family time in beautiful surroundings.Follow a brand-new Tree Trail showcasing Sudeley’s incredible trees from English oak to ancient fossil trees at your own pace or take part in our ever-popular Dig & Delve forest school sessions.

Don’t forget to look out for animal sculptures dotted throughout the grounds, watch a video about our passion for conservation on your way round plus make the most of the exciting Adventure Playground.Sudeley is home to an inspiring collection of trees, including the huge 200-year-old cedar of Lebanon by the Chapel, and each has its own story to tell.

The Tree Trail encourages youngsters to discover more about selected trees while exploring the grounds, collecting stamps along the way.

Once all stamps are collected, children will receive a small nature-themed gift from the Visitor Centre.Hosted by Cotswolds-based forest school experts Dig & Delve, these drop-in sessions include nature-based arts, crafts and outdoor learning designed to bring the joys of nature alive for young minds.Free to join sessions (included in standard admission ticket).

You'll find Dig & Delve near the Willow Maze.
