Thornton Open Gardens

What's on offer: A dozen gardens to visit Cream teas and other refreshments on sale at the community centre Plant sale (cash only) St Peter's Church will be open Refreshments, stalls and other attractions around the village Dogs on leads welcome at most of the gardens Cash preferred for entry and refreshments.

Entry wristbands with programme will be available from Thornton Nurseries, The Bricklayers Arms, The Corner Shop.

Accessibility: It should be noted that Thornton is a ridge village and so many of the gardens are on slopes or are terraced and therefore not ideal for those in wheelchairs or with impaired mobility.

Some of the pavements are also narrow.
