Originally hailing from different parts of Africa, Alain Rouamba & Servo Mputu, both now based in Bristol, represent the beautiful fusion of West & Central African musical traditions.
Their collaborative efforts as performers , drummers, singers, multi-instrumentalists & songwriters revolve around African rhythms & melodies.Their music is brought to life through an array of instruments including mbira, kamale ngoni, djembe, congas, cajon & guitar.
Their repertoire encompasses a rich tapestry of ethnic tunes as well as reggae, blues, rumba, jazz, salsa & Caribbean music.
