Children's Vehicle Making Workshop

Learn how to create a variety of vehicles using everyday objects and race them against each other to be crowned Museum champion!To accompany our Halifax Transport exhibition, this special event will show children how to make a variety of simple vehicles from everyday objects, including paper aeroplanes, balloon cars and hovercraft.

There will then be the opportunity to race the vehicles against each other to see whose goes the farthest!All instructions and materials will be provided, and no prior knowledge is necessary.

Younger children will be able to take part with parental assistance.

This will be a great opportunity for children to have fun and learn model making skills which they will be able to replicate in their own homes.Suitable for children from 5+.One ticket per child.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Accompanying adults do not need tickets.
