Gnod

GNOD + Sly & The Family DroneSince their inception, Gnod's musical trajectory has been one of constant fluctuation borne out of an incessant need to discover new sonic worlds.

Beginning life as a shamanic drone ensemble, at times fitting up to 15 members on stage, these early rituals informed the core ideals that have come to define the group in their years of activity; community and trance-inducing repetition. It is the exact same dedication to the live arena that has seen Gnod become one of the most celebrated live bands in the UK and secured them multiple tours and festival appearances throughout Europe.Gnod will be joined by the neo-jazz wrecking crew Sly & The Family Drone - no strangers to Shipley, they've visited the venue with our friends at Endless Hum and then back in April delivered a stunning set on the floor, in the round, through our pummelling sound system - we'll make sure they're able to deliver a full set to more than warm you up for Gnod.Presented by KCC Shipley.16's - 14's accompanied by an adult.
