Bach’s splendid Magnificat in D is another work of exuberance that perfectly captures the divine joy of the Virgin Mary through radiant choral writing and breathtaking solos.

To bring this glorious music to life, the acclaimed Yorkshire Baroque Soloists will deploy Bach’s grand festival orchestra with a technicolour sound world of trumpets, timpani, flutes, oboes, strings and continuo.
