The Ghost Train

Set in the mid 1920s, the action takes place in a waiting room at the remote wayside station of Fal Vale in South Cornwall.

A rather idiotic young man accidentally strands six passengers who, upon finding that was the last train of the evening, decide to stay overnight in the waiting room, due to the lack of alternative accommodation and a storm raging outside.

The station masters dire warnings and his tale of a ghostly train that was fatally wrecked in the locality and is said to haunt the line, bringing death to anyone who sees it, has no effect and he leaves the stranded passengers facing a night at the station.As the night unfolds, the atmosphere is thick with superstition and fear, culminating in a dramatic appearance of the spectral train, bringing death and disaster to the group.

But is the train really a ghostly apparition and is everyone really who they say they are?
