Vienna born saxophonist Guido Spannocchi, Grammy nominated sideman of Anoushka Shankar & Mulatu Astatke Danny Keane on piano, Grammy nominated bassist Jihad Darwish (sideman of Sting, Van Morrison, Tony Kofi e.a.) andPete Hill on drums(sideman of Ashley Henry, Katie Melua, Alfa Mist e.a.)After sold out shows at Ronnie Scott's London, The Vortex London, Bflat Berlin and Porgy & Bess-Vienna as well as most recently at The London Jazz Festival, the quartet are now preparing for an album release on Spring 2026, presenting brand new original compositions showcasing the live albumGUIDO SPANNOCCHIVienna born, London based musician Guido Spannocchi, predominantly known for his woodwind skills, such as alto and baritone saxophone and flute, has come to international attention since the release of his entirely analogue album "Ahead Only" in 2017.Spannocchi has since focused on composing and performing his original music in various settings and ensembles and has published over 10 albums and EPs on his label audioguido records.
