Carole King's Tapestry

Carole Kings Tapestry is one of rock n rolls most magical recordings. In this concert, The Album Era will perform this classic album in its entirety from I Feel The Earth Move to Natural Woman as well as more epic songs from the Carole King songbook.Released in February 1971, Tapestry was recorded amongst good company in Los Angeles. The album is a masterclass in songwriting from tracks like So Far Away and Beautiful, to the iconic Youve Got A Friend. Throughout the sessions, Carole shared the studio with James Taylor and Joni Mitchell (who even appear on the record) while they recorded their iconic albums Mud Slide Slim and Blue!Featuring a seven piece ensemble, The Album Era will perform Tapestry from start to finish as well as a set of even more songs from the Carole King songbook.
