Make an extraordinary something!Transform old toys, odd bits and forgotten treasures into unique 3D sculptures using air-drying clay and recycled materials.

Your art can become part of a special exhibition at Stryx Gallery!Rehome the Weird Stuff! is a free, hands-on family sculpture workshop led by artist Anna Domejko at Stryx Gallery.

Working with air-drying clay, found objects and recycled materials, children will explore the possibilities of three-dimensional making, transforming forgotten toys and everyday objects into unique sculptural artworks.

Through tactile experimentation, imaginative thinking and the playful combination of materials, young participants will discover how individual elements can be reassembled into something entirely new.

The workshop introduces children to the creative process of contemporary sculpture, from developing an idea and constructing an object to presenting their work in a gallery setting.

Participants will have the opportunity to leave their finished sculptures at Stryx for a few weeks as part of a temporary exhibition celebrating the creativity of our youngest makers.
