Soundbath: A Ritual of Rest

A 90-minute soundbath in the historic reading room of a Victorian baths club, surrounded by gentle light.

You lie down and listen to live acoustic sound from gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells, with time to stop and relax for a while.

No experience or skill is needed.Bring a mat and a blanket if you have them — a few spares are available.

Chairs are available if you would rather not be on the floor.Please note that the Reading Room is upstairs and there is no step-free access.
