Music making has been a central aspect of devotional life at Norwich Cathedral since its foundation.To tie in with this year's Summer Organ Festival, join us for a special tour exploring the story of how music developed and changed over the centuries. We'll look at how The Reformation and politics affected and threatened the art of music, and find out about some of the figures and personalities involved in music-making here at the Cathedral.This tour starts at 3pm on Wednesday 5 August.Tickets cost 7 per person plus a small booking fee.Please be aware, our special guided tours always sell out quickly so make sure you book a ticket as soon as you can.
Please note that tickets for specialist tours are non-refundable.Arriving for the tourJust ask a member of the welcome and donations team when you arrive at the Hostry entrance to the Cathedral, and they will direct you to the starting point for the tour.
