A major new exhibition by leading Scottish contemporary artist John Lowrie Morrison OBE (Jolomo).Jolomo - From East to West: the Croft, the Lighthouse, The Mountains presents a significant collection of new paintings exploring Scotland’s landscapes through the artist’s distinctive vision.

The exhibition spans both the dramatic and familiar West Coast subjects for which he is best known, alongside a selection of lesser-seen East Coast landscapes.Recurring motifs in Jolomo’s work - the croft, the lighthouse and the mountains - run throughout the exhibition, reflecting his lifelong connection to place, memory and light across Scotland.This is a rare opportunity to view a substantial body of new work by one of Scotland’s most established and influential contemporary painters, whose career has helped define modern Scottish landscape painting for over 50 years.
