James Lawson, one half of Edison Factor, helped shape the Hard Dance sound of the late 90s and early 2000s.
He has productions and remixes featured on many of the eras biggest compilation albums and two UK Top 40 entries.
Muzik Magazine once described him as one of the best production talents.
He's done many collaborations with artists such as BK, Nick Sentience, Andy Farley, Steve Hill, Anne Savage and Phil Reynolds, as well as his partnership with Matt Williams as Edison Factor.
Their live show blended traditional and electronic instruments, headlining festivals including Global Gathering, Creamfields and Tidy Weekender.
Originally making his name as a DJ in the underground clubs of northern England, James later held residencies at Twisted, Frantic and Ministry of Sound, while regularly appearing at Heat, Storm, Slinky, Sundissential and Godskitchen.
