Inside Out Together!

Inside Out Together is a fun and engaging family programme designed to support the emotional health and wellbeing of children aged 5-11 years and their families. Through a whole-family approach, children and parents/carers come together to explore emotions, strengthen family relationships, and develop practical skills that support positive mental wellbeing.Throughout the programme, families will take part in activities and discussions that help them: Strengthen family bonds through shared understanding and communication. Develop emotional literacy and build confidence in recognising and expressing feelings. Learn strategies to help manage stress, worries, and conflict. Identify and celebrate individual and family strengths. Build resilience and promote positive wellbeing for the whole family.The programme provides a welcoming environment where families can learn together, share experiences, and enjoy dedicated quality time with one another.Dates: 24th September to 22nd October

Session Times:5:30pm - 6:00pm: Free family meal provided
6:00pm - 7:30pm: Inside Out Together session
Who can attend? Children aged 5-11 years with their parents/carers. Siblings are also welcome to attend.Booking required. Please note one ticket offers you access to the whole course.
