A French Adventure

Violinist Sophia Bartlette and pianist Emre Oztek offer a French programme including Lili Boulanger’s Nocturne and Cortège, two beautifully contrasting works by one of the most gifted French composers of the early twentieth century.

Alongside them, they will perform César Franck’s expansive, lyrical and deeply expressive Violin Sonata in A major, one of the great masterpieces of the violin repertoire.
