Dance for Parkinson's

Beacon Arts Centre is delighted to be hosting a weekly class designed especially for people living with Parkinson’s, their families and carers.

These classes are suitable for people with no dance experience and will develop confidence and creativity, whilst addressing Parkinson’s specific concerns such as: balance, flexibility, coordination, gait and social isolation.

The session is followed by tea/coffee, cake and a blether!
