Lisa draws inspiration from her surroundings, including nature, birds and animals, resulting in a harmonious blend of instinct, emotion and skill. Her soulful approach allows her to create pieces which are deeply immersive, symbolic and have a dreamlike quality on both a conscious and subconscious level.
Her still life paintings combine inanimate objects with birds and animals, creating collections filled with character and charm.
Her exploratory mixed media technique and use of fabrics are distinctive elements in her work, making it recognisable to art collectors worldwide.
