Inspired by the likes of Justin Townes Earle, Bruce Springsteen, and Gillian Welch, Tom's lyrics dive into social, and personal introspection from modern living woven with the sound of vintage finger-picked guitar and harmonicaMichael Steele is a singer-songwriter based in Edinburgh.

He plays mostly an acoustic set these days.

Taking influence from Tuareg guitar playing, folk-horror, shoegaze, electro, country, Jazz.

He has self released 3 Albums in the past 2 years.

And had his " Into the heart of now " E.P. released on Edinburgh label Paradise Palms Records.

His music has recieved airplay on BBC 6 music and been on compilations from Huntley and Palmers, Green Door Studio Glasgow, and been archived in the British museum sound and moving image catalogue.
