Soundbath: A Ritual of Return

A calm, light-filled community hall provides a simple setting for 90 minutes of rest and live acoustic sound.

Gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells are played through the session while you lie down, listen and have some space to switch off.

No experience or skill is needed.Bring a mat and a blanket if you have them — a few spares are available.

Chairs are available if you would rather not be on the floor.There is step-free access to the hall.
