Halloween On The Thames

This Halloween, Twisted Circus takes over the Dutch Master for an afternoon of music, costumes and unforgettable views across London.On Saturday 31 October, 350 partygoers will set sail from Tower Millennium Pier for one of the city’s biggest Halloween boat parties.Expect two floors of music, an open-air deck, a fully stocked bar and London’s iconic skyline as the backdrop.
