Dementia and Inclusion Walk and Talk

For people living with dementia, mental health illness and disabilities. It’s a nice gentle walk and a chance for a good bit of chit chat along the way.If you would like to join or attend either of the walks, please get in touch with the Health & Wellbeing team so they know to expect you on the day.
