A Shakespearean Life for Me - An Evening With Bruce Alexander

A Shakespearean Life For Me
Bruce Alexander Celebrates the Bard
with Charlotte Miranda-Smith and Matt Sparkes
Join Bruce, Charlotte and Matt for a very special evening, celebrating and performing Shakespeare. In the first half, Bruce talks about his experiences of acting Shakespeare on stage, film, radio and television. He will share thoughts about what makes Shakespeare our greatest playwright, stories and insights from his own acting career, as well as some history of the theatre of Shakespeare's time. In the second half, you will see Bruce guiding Matt and Charlotte through unrehearsed scenes from a well-known Shakespeare play, showing how they might have been brought to life in the Bard's day. A fascinating evening, whether you know Shakespeare well or are simply curious to find out more about him.
