In memory of her daughter, Clarissa, friend of the Festival Hilary Nicholls has commissioned three renowned composers - Cecilia McDowall, Joanna Forbes LEstrange and Joanna Gill - to each compose a piece reflecting on different stages of Clarissas life.
The pieces sit together in a triptych which we will be learning led by Festival Conductor Neil Ferris, with additional direction from the composers themselves who will each be there with us on the day.
We will also be singing The Promise , the newest choral work by Will Todd. The day will culminate with an informal performance.
Friends and family are welcome to come along at 4.00pm to hear the performance - please purchase a 10 audience ticket. All proceeds from the day will be split equally between LHMF and charity Cardiac Risk in the Young:https://www.c-r-y.org.uk/Please note: the nearest car park is the public carpark adjacent to the church just a few yards away at St Martin's Walk, Mill Lane Dorking.
