Secondary Sing

Once again, we are excited to announce that we will be holding our Secondary Singing Development Day at Pudsey Civic Hall on Monday 8th March 2027.Craig, who is Principal Lecturer on the Popular Music Degree at Leeds Conservatoire and acclaimed choral director of the Leeds Contemporary Pop Choir, will lead the young people through a programme of specialist vocal workshops and then bring all voices together in a final performance of the repertoire covered throughout the day. All participating schools will be provided with sheet music of Craig's arrangements so that choirs can perform them back in school and/or groups of singers can rehearse their parts and record for exam coursework submissions.Schools are welcome to bring singers from key stage 3, 4 and the 6th form. We would encourage schools to bring their choirs and/or any exam groups.Unfortunately, due to rising costs, and a reduction in funding, our mass performance events this year will incur a nominal charge per group. We continue to try and keep the costs down for schools, while at the same time maintaining the quality that schools expect for our events. Please be aware that tickets for this event are non-refundable.The pricing structure will be as follows
30 for up to 15 pupils
50 for up to 30 pupils
65 for up to 45 pupils
80 for up to 60 pupils
