Children's Beginner Sewing Workshop

Has your child always wanted to learn to sew? They love arts/crafts and being creative? Perhaps they've started learning sewing at school but would like to know some more?
Come and join Holly for a creative morning learning all about the sewing machine.Children will:Understand the parts of a sewing machine
Be able to thread a bobbin
Thread the machine
Understand the different stitches and their uses
Begin to learn how to control the machine on straights and curves
Complete a sewn applique designNo experience needed just bring plenty of enthusiasm ready to learn a new skills.
Suitable for children aged 8+
Parents welcome to stay or be around the quarry/cafe enjoying the lovely surroundings.6 spaces, two dates available1-1 sessions always available taught at Holly's workshop in Worle, please just ask.
