Small Sounds

Here at Derby Cathedral, we're delighted to offer a music programme for early years children and their families!Families are able to attend free, term-time, weekly music sessions with their 0-5's. Run by a member of the Cathedral Music Department's highly respected team, the sessions will take families and their little ones on a journey of musical discovery. Through songs and play, the sessions will help the youngsters to find their voices and experience the joy of singing. This programme has been developed by The Cathedral Music Trust in response to a need for more early years music-making opportunities, as recognised in recent research.
Our free sessions will run from 10:30 - 11:30am every Wednesday during term-time in the Cathedral. We kindly ask you to book your Small Sounds session in advance just so we can manage numbers, there is still no fee for the sessions, though any donations towards the cost of the sessions are gratefully received. For more information please contact: rhiannon@derbycathedral.org
