The North Easts Premier beer festival in a railway museum.
Ale by Rail features a large range of cask and keg beer as well as cider from local and national providers.
In 2026 we are expanding our range offering keg beer and lager.
Trains are running during the day with access to Percy Main platform for those who wish to arrive by Metro, tickets are included in event entry and depart Percy Main at 1450, 1550 and 1650.
Acoustic musical entertainment from local artists all day.
We will also be hosting local food vendors to be confirmed at a later date.
Entry to the event gives you a festival glass, brochure and first half.
