Southampton Healthy Homes provides affordable warmth and energy advice service and is delivered by local charity the Environment Centre (tEC).
This free drop-in advice session is open to anyone who needs support with the following:→ Accessing funding – Helping Southampton residents source funding from local, national and charitable organisations to cover the cost of improving a property’s comfort and energy efficiency.→ Managing billing and supplier issues – Supporting residents who are experiencing complicated situations with their energy supplier.
This can include speaking to the supplier on the resident’s behalf.→ Advice, guidance and signposting – Offering residents advice and guidance on topics such as saving energy through behaviour change, selecting energy tariffs and dealing with damp and mould.Join us for a cup of team and a friendly chat, anytime between 2:30pm – 4pm in the GHT cafe.This drop-in information session is part of the exhibition RAFTS by Alistair Debling.
The exhibition will be on display from 20th March 2026 – 25th May 2026.
GHT is open Thursday to Monday every week.
