Family Sound Bathing

Join us for a special family sound bathing session in the Chapter House.

Sound bathing is an ancient practice that encourages you to relax and release stress and anxiety.The sound bathing soundtrack was created by local producer, Ratjost, inspired by and using sounds from the Cathedral.

It will play in a loop throughout the session, so you can join whenever you like without having to book.Other mindful activities, suitable for a range of different ages will also be available during the sessions.Donate what you can.
