Htc Christmas Tree Festival - Tree Bookings

Horndean Technology College is launching its first ever Christmas Tree Festival this year on Saturday 14 November. Members of the public, schools clubs and local businesses are invited to book a tree at this event to advertise themselves to the local community and visitors attending this and the HTC Christmas Fayre which takes place on the same day in Barton Hall.We expect the foot-fall to be significant so what better way to showcase your organisation/business?You can be as creative as you like with the design of your tree, but there are some rules!Artificial trees only please. They must be stable, free standing and safe.
Battery powered or low voltage lights and tree accessories only.
One free standing pop up banner also permitted OR we will provide an 'exam' desk for your information.
Tree Height between 30cm - 8ft max.
Set up from 10:30am-12noon, entry from back car park/back gate into X Block only please (loading from vehicles will be from the access road off Bowes Lyon Court).
Doors to the public open at 1pm.
'Take down and tidy' may not happen before 5pm, again, removal of trees and set up to be via X Block to back car park only.HTC reserves the right to refuse any tree or display which they feel is potentially unsafe and remove any advertisements which they feel are not appropriate to the event.
