Joel Harkin is a Belfast-based songwriter, producer and pedal-steel guitarist whose music moves between folk, indie, country and alternative roots. A sought-after pedal-steel player, Joel performs and records across a wide range of projects, bringing the instrument's unmistakable warmth, atmosphere and haunting quality to the music.
