Sparkling Wines for Christmas

Event Description
Come and enjoy a decadent evening of fine sparkling wines. It's a great excuse to taste some delicious sparkling wines from around the world.
We'll sample 6 wines including Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, English Sparkling wine, and two sparkling wines from elsewhere in the world.
For many people, a glass of fizz before the start of a meal can be the most enjoyable drink of the evening.
At Christmas, in our house, we start in on the Fizz around 11am, it really helps with the cooking and present opening.
The process involved in making the bubbles is key to the flavour and style of the wine. We will sample Champagne (made using the traditional method) and compare it with other fizz from around the world.
