Pasta Making Workshop

This pasta workshop is set up in response to Susan Aldworth’s current exhibition, Belongings.The session uses pre-made dough to consider how recipes are shared and hold significance to identity, family histories and social interaction! Working with dough, you will be shown how to make patterned pasta; for this, we will reflect on the work in Aldworth’s current exhibition, considering the shapes and marks which appear in the work.The pasta will then be gathered together, cooked, and served for a relaxed meal.Please note this workshop concludes in a communal meal which contains gluten.
